How HRM practices involve with ethics of the organization
Ethics are the principles that
govern a people’s behavior. Ethics are very needed and important to the
organization, and organizations check their code of ethics from time to time
That helps to increase the results of the outcomes. When employees work in organizations with morale and trust, it may lead to increasing growth of the organization. The growth means increasing the profit and more profits will gain expansions in the industry. Therefore, these advantages in the organization may increase the retention ratio, and organizations’ reputations increase with regards to ethics as well as performance.
To increase the ethics in the organization, organizations should treat all the employees in the same manner without any favoritism. Further, there should be favorable consequences. Increasing the transparency in the organization also supports the ethical nature. If there is anyone who behaves unethically, that should be reported and ethical employees should be rewarded as well. To encourage ethics in the organization, managers should train the employees in a good manner.
Managers should make sure whether that employees are complying with the
policies, rules, and regulations in the company as well as they do not
unethically behave in the organization. The most common unethical behaviors
that often happen in organizations are misusing the time, abusive behavior,
employee theft, lying to employees, violating company internet facilities
Abusive behavior leads to the disrespectful behavior of the managers and
superior which leads to employee stress and demotivation and decreases their
morale. Most employees use their internet facility to do their personal things
and that is a very unethical action that leads to the waste of the resources of
the organization.

The major ethical issues that have to be deal by the human resource management are a concern with the privacy issues, cash and compensation plan, employment issues, safety issues, race and disability, performance appraisal and employee's responsibility (Johnston, 2018).
